Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2-3 days and delivery confirmed withing 14days of business. Deliveries will only be within South African borders. Delivered vehicle will be inspected for damages and photographed on every order to ensure goods are not damaged before the delivery.
Due to incorrect purchase, Katiso Administration reserves the right to charge out a 25% handling or cancelation fee. Refunds will be made within thirty working days from the date of cancelation. Refunds requests must be emailed through to refunds@katisoadministration.co.za which must include reasons for the cancelation as well as the nominated bank account for the refund.
